Early check-in, late check-in and late check-out may be available, but may be subject to $25.00 fee unless arrangements are
made at least 48 hours in advance. Please call the innkeepers before 4pm on check-in day, if you are
unable to make the 4-6 check in time. Check -in prior to 2pm consists of luggage drop off only.
There will be a deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is then charged two weeks prior to your stay.
Two weeks advance notice is required for all cancellations.
When cancelled outside of two weeks of your stay, the deposit, less a $25 processing fee, shall be refunded.
If cancelled less than two weeks outside of your stay, the full amount will be charged unless the rooms are rebooked ($25 processing fee still applies).
TWO NIGHT MINIMUM may apply for some dates. One night stay subject to availability.

Only two guests are permitted in the Willow Suite, no exceptions.

Holiday/special event weekends may require a 3 night stay.
Special Event dates include, but are not limited to:
President's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Spring Break, Mother's Day, Graduation, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Country Jam, Independence Day,
Peach Fest, Labor Day, Winefest, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year, Winter Break.
All cancellations are subject to a $25 handling charge. All cancellations must be made by email used during booking.
Deposit will be refunded, minus handling charge, if canceled with two weeks advance notice.
Cancellation less than two weeks, refund will depend on re-booking of the room.
No Shows—Full stay charged.
Rooms booked on holidays, holiday weekends and " special event" dates & weeks, are non-refundable, any refunds will depend on re-booking of the room, less $25 handling charge.
All cancelled add-ons, such as flowers are non-refundable within 48 hours of check-in.
Willow Pond is a completely non-smoking establishment. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on our property and out of courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that you do not smoke in front of the inn or neighboring properties. Guests smoking in the inn will be charged for professional cleaning services.
We welcome well-behaved children ages 7 & over.
Children must be supervised by guardians at ALL times.
NO PETS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY - We will not accommodate guests who plan to leave their pet(s) in their car during their stay.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS PERMITTED ON WILLOW POND PROPERTY.
Rooms left with excessive damages, due to food and beverage or other abuse, will be charged for repair/replacements.
Any commercial use, including but not limited to events and/or photography, on Willow Pond Property must be pre-approved by owner and under separate event contract. Violation will result in immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of any fees paid. Please see Events Page for booking information.
Beer and Wine only please. Intoxicated guests are not permitted as overnight guests and are responsible for finding their own alternative lodging. Please drink responsibly.
