We do not guarantee the print quality of your images unless ordered through Willow Pond and our lab.

Retouching services available at extra charge

A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve date with balance due 3 weeks prior to wedding/special event.

Travel fees may apply on all events that are outside of 1 hour of Willow Pond at $.50 cents per mile, any wedding outside
2 hours of Willow Pond is $250 plus hotel rooms if wedding goes past 8 pm

Meals and chairs for the photographer(s) and assistant must be provided

Any wedding items being shipped, other than the bride's wedding album, will be charged
a shipping and handling fee of $10.00 local shipping and $15 non-local shipping.
