Early check-in, late check-in and late check-out
subject to $25.00 fee and arrangements must be
made at least 48 hours in advance. Please call the
innkeepers before 4pm on check-in day, if you are
unable to make the 4-6 check in time. Check -in
prior to 2pm consists of luggage drop off only.
RESERVATION
POLICIES:
All
RESERVATIONS must be paid in full at time of
booking. Any
balance of payment, check-in or check-out fees
are
due upon arrival.
TWO
NIGHT MINIMUM applies for ALL bookings,
weekday and weekends-NO EXCEPTIONS!
Minimum night stay requirements may
vary for high traffic
dates (such as festival weekends.)

RATES
BASED ON DOUBLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
Only two guests are permitted in the Willow Suite,
no
exceptions.
Specials must be mentioned at time of booking.
Discounts and specials may not be combined.
Holiday/special
event weekends may require a 3
night stay. Special Event dates include, but are not
limited to:
President's
Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Spring
Break, Mother's Day, Graduation, Memorial Day,
Father's Day, Country Jam, Independence
Day,
Peach Fest, Labor Day, Winefest, Veteran's Day,
Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year, Winter
Break.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations are subject to a 20% handling
charge. All cancellations must be made by phone.
Deposit will be refunded, minus handling charge,
if cancelled with three weeks advance notice.
Cancellation less than three weeks, refund will
depend on re-booking of the room.
No Shows—Full stay charged.
Rooms
booked on holidays, holiday weekends and
" special event" dates & weeks, are
non-refundable,
any refunds will depend on re-booking of the room,
less 20% handling charge.
All
cancelled add-ons, such as flowers are non-refundable
within
48 hours of check-in.

SMOKING:
Willow Pond is a completely non-smoking
establishment.
There is no smoking allowed
anywhere on our property and out of courtesy to our
neighbors, we ask that you do not smoke in front of
the inn or neighboring properties. Guests smoking in
the inn will be charged for professional cleaning
services.
CHILDREN:
We welcome well-behaved children ages 14 & over.
Children must be
supervised by guardians at ALL times.
NO
PETS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY
We will not accomodate guests who plan to leave
their pet(s) in their car during their stay.
ONLY
REGISTERED GUESTS PERMITTED
ON WILLOW POND PROPERTY.
Additional policies and restrictions apply regarding
attendees of special events at Willow Pond.
Rooms left with excessive damages, due to food and beverage
or
other abuse, will be charged for repair/replacements.
ALCOHOL:
NO HARD LIQUOR IS PERMITTED. Intoxicated
guests are not permitted as overnight guests and are
responsible for finding their own alternative lodging.
Please drink responsibly.
PARKING:
Please park on the cement driveway on the South entrance of
the
house, check in area is in the Garden Room,
ring the bell
on the French Doors just to the left of the
3 car garage.
Please park in front of the garage door furthest
to the left.
