Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast's
Signature Breakfast:

Norwegian Pancakes: Scandinavian crepe style pancakes with seasonal fruit fillings,
Served with scrambled eggs, applewood bacon and country potatoes.

We strive to offer fresh grown produce direct from our garden or from our local farms, for as long as it is available.
*Many of our dishes incorporate apricots, mulberries, pears, apples, and wild plums grown right here at Willow Pond!
We also grow tomatoes, zucchini, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, sage among other things for use in our breakfast dishes.
Of course, our homegrown produce is pesticide free.
Most of our breakfasts are served with a breakfast potato dish and Chef's choice of one of the following:
Breakfast Sausage links or patties, Canadian Bacon, Thick Sliced Bacon or Chicken Apple Sausage,
Vegetarian sausage patties or soyrizo.

2008 Mesa County Fair! Her Apricot Jam got 2nd Place!

Laurie won 1st Place in Jam Making for her Wild Plum Chablis Jam
and for Breadbaking, for her harvest bread sculpture at the 2008 Fruita Fall Festival!

Due to a smaller crop of home-grown fruits at Willow Pond this year,
there is a limited quantity available for purchase in the giftshop, get it while it lasts!

 

Look at the gorgeous farm fresh eggs our son's friend, Duke, gave us!
This is his first year raising chickens, he is so proud of the blue ones!
