Monument Package

Starting at $2400

The evening before the big day, have your rehearsal.
Wake up to a delicious breakfast.
Take the rest of the morning to get ready, even have your make-up and hair styling done here.
Have your event set up done at a leisurely pace.
The night of your event, you can just go right up to your room take a long soak in the whirlpool tub
and have a relaxing, romantic evening.
Wake up to another beautiful morning at Willow Pond,
have breakfast and depart on your honeymoon!

Available year-round, 7 days a week

· Overnight rental of Inn (all 3 guest rooms) for two nights, for up to overnight 6 guests.
· Ceremony and reception for up to 150 guests for outdoor event or up to 30 guests for indoor event.
· Full breakfast for up to six overnight Inn guests.
· Chairs for up to 150 guests for outdoor ceremony & reception or up to 30 guests for Garden Room ceremony & reception.

A lovely morning wedding out in the garden or in our Garden Room.

Available: Monday – Thursday, May 1st-Sept 30th (Outdoor or GR)
All week Oct-April (Garden Room only)

· Overnight rental of Inn (all 3 guest rooms) for one night (before event), for up to overnight 6 guests.
· Morning rental of grounds or Garden room for ceremony only for up to 30 guests, concluding by noon.
· Full breakfast for up to six overnight Inn guests

• At Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast, you are always welcome to bring the licensed caterer, party rental service, DJ, florist and photographer of your choice.

• All food brought on the premises for the rehearsal dinner AND wedding must be catered
  or prepared in a commercial kitchen. Due to B&B licensing rules, caterers and inn guests may not use the inn's kitchen.

• Only beer, Champagne & wine, served by a licensed bartender, is allowed. At this time we welcome bartending service from Crossroad's Wine & Spirits, Fisher's Discount Liquor Barn and The Colorado Wine Room only.

• All events must end by 10 pm.

Q: Why do I need an appointment to tour the inn and grounds for a wedding?

We prefer potential guests to make an appointment instead of dropping in for several reasons:

We want guests of the inn to have privacy during their visit.
Out of courtesy to our overnight guests, we do not show the interior of the inn
and guestsrooms while they are occupied. We will extend this same courtesy to you during your visit.

We may be serving breakfast or getting the inn ready for the next group of guests and, as much as we would like to,
we may not have time to accommodate your drop in-visit.
We prefer to give you a tour when you can view the entire inn, when we can devote our full attention to you,
answering your questions, etc.

We have found Mon.-Thurs., 4-6 pm to be the best time to offer tours.
If we are accommodating overnight guests we cannot guarantee a full tour.

If you come to the inn without an appointment,
we will ask you to come back, at a later date, with an appointment.
