Willow Pond can accommodate up to 150 for an outdoor event and up to 30 for an indoor event.

*Extras, such as additional guests, photography, music, available at additional cost.
*Guest-room add-ons available at standard prices, depending on availability.
*For events numbering more than 30 guests, additional cleaning charge applies.

Consultations and tours of the inn are by appointment only.

*Events booked on Holidays, Holiday Weekends or Special Event Weekends, such as Colorado Mountain Winefest
and all events booked in December are non-refundable.

• At Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast, you are always welcome to bring the licensed caterer, party rental service, DJ, florist and photographer of your choice.

• All food brought on the premises for the rehearsal dinner AND wedding must be catered
  or prepared in a commercial kitchen. Due to B&B licensing rules, caterers and inn guests may not use the inn's kitchen.

• Only beer, Champagne & wine, served by a licensed bartender, is allowed. At this time we welcome bartending service from Crossroad's Wine & Spirits, Fisher's Discount Liquor Barn and The Colorado Wine Room only.

• All events must end by 10 pm.

Q: Why do I need an appointment to tour the inn and grounds for an event?

We prefer potential guests to make an appointment instead of dropping in for several reasons:

We want guests of the inn to have privacy during their visit.
Out of courtesy to our overnight guests, we do not show the interior of the inn
and guestsrooms while they are occupied. We will extend this same courtesy to you during your visit.

We may be serving breakfast or getting the inn ready for the next group of guests and, as much as we would like to,
we may not have time to accommodate your drop in-visit.
We prefer to give you a tour when you can view the entire inn, when we can devote our full attention to you,
answering your questions, etc.

We have found Mon.-Thurs., 4-6 pm to be the best time to offer tours.
If we are accommodating overnight guests we cannot guarantee a full tour.

If you come to the inn without an appointment,
we will ask you to come back, at a later date, with an appointment.
