to 150 for an outdoor event and up to 30 for an indoor event.

Q: Why do I need
an appointment to tour the inn and grounds for an event?
We prefer potential guests to make
an appointment instead of dropping in for several reasons:
We want guests of the inn to have
privacy during their visit.
Out of courtesy to our overnight guests, we do not show the interior of the
inn
and guestsrooms while they are occupied. We will extend this same courtesy
to you during your visit.
We may be serving breakfast or getting the inn ready for the next group of
guests and, as much as we would like to,
we may not have time to accommodate your drop in-visit.
We prefer to give you a tour when you can view the entire inn, when we can
devote our full attention to you,
answering your questions, etc.
We have found Mon.-Thurs., 4-6 pm
to be the best time to offer tours.
If we are accommodating overnight guests we cannot guarantee a full tour.
If you come to the inn without an
appointment,
we will ask you to come back, at a later date, with an appointment.
