Weddings at Willow Pond

Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast is the perfect place to host your wedding, engagement party, bridal shower, rehearsal dinner or to spend your honeymoon. The quiet country setting, shady trees, tranquil pond
and comfortable rooms make Willow Pond B&B the ideal place for your special day.

Please call 970-243-4958 to make an appointment to see the inn and grounds.
Out of courtesy to our inn guests, please do not come to the inn without an appointment.

Appointments for wedding consultations are scheduled Mon-Thurs 4-6pm.
In order to best visualize your wedding at Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast,
we suggest that you make an appointment a year in advance,
during the month that you intend to have your event.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room at Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast
is available for rehearsal
dinners, small weddings, family gatherings,
corporate retreats, birthdays, baby showers,
club meetings or holiday parties.
The Garden Room is filled with lush plants,
lots of light, and plantation fans.
The Garden Room opens onto the front and
rear side of the Inn for the convenience
of catering services.

Answers to Special Event FAQ's:

  • At Willow Pond Bed & Breakfast, you are always welcome to bring the licensed caterer, party rental service, DJ, florist and photographer of your choice.
  • All food brought on the premises for the rehearsal dinner AND wedding must be catered
    or prepared in a commercial kitchen. Due to B&B licensing rules, caterers and inn guests may not use the inn's kitchen.
  • Only beer, Champagne & wine, served by a licensed bartender, is allowed. At this time we welcome bartending service from Crossroad's Wine & Spirits only.
  • All events must end by 10 pm.
