All rooms include afternoon refreshments, cable T.V.,
DVD player, clock-radio/CD player, internet access, A/C, complimentary handmade soaps, hairdryer, lightweight quilts in the hot months & down or down-alternative comforters in the cool months.
Complimentary breakfast served at 8AM M-F and 9AM Sat-Sun.

Guests are welcome to use the microwave & refrigerator located in the guest area,
and enjoy the inn's books, DVD's, piano & games.

Willow Pond Bed and Breakfast is a completely non-smoking establishment.
There is no-smoking allowed anywhere on our property and out of courtesy to our neighbors,
we ask that you not smoke in front of the inn or neighboring properties.

All guest rooms are on the second floor.

Room prices based on double occupancy only.
Beyond double occupancy, additional guest fees apply per person, per night.

We can only accomodate children ages 7 and older.

We have a very comfortable guest area with dining table, refrigerator and microwave for guest's enjoyment.
We ask that guests refrain from taking food and beverage into the guestrooms, especially redwine, dark sodas & coffee.
Rooms left with excessive damages due to food, beverage, or other abuse, will be charged for repair/replacements.

Guests smoking inside the inn will be charged for professional cleaning services.
